Kat Vinski
Licensed Massage Therapist – #MT-50630 Pressure: Gentle to ModerateBiographical Info
Kataryna (Kat) is a graduate of the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts (SWIHA) in Tempe with a passion for helping people move, feel, and live better through therapeutic bodywork. She specializes in neck and back, areas she naturally gravitates toward due to personal experience, and where her skill and intuition come through most strongly.
Her journey into massage therapy began after undergoing a spinal fusion, an experience that showed her how transformative high-quality bodywork can be. With a lifelong fascination for how the body works, Kat has always been drawn to medical and athletic environments, including roles in fitness clubs and as a pharmacy technician.
In her sessions, Kat offers gentle to moderate pressure customized to each client’s needs. She enjoys deep tissue work but uses a more gentle, mindful, and precise approach to access deeper layers of tissue, rather than using forceful pressure. She is especially passionate about therapeutic modalities that support pain relief and functional movement, as well as general lymphatic work for wellness and traditional Lomi techniques.
Kat’s intention is to create a grounded, supportive space where clients feel cared for, informed, and empowered throughout their healing and wellness journey. Her sessions are an integrative blend of relaxing, rhythmic, and therapeutic modalities for the ultimate relaxing and therapeutic experience.
Kat is available Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. She is an Arizona State Licensed Massage Therapist, and a member of the American Bodywork and Massage Professionals.
