Maceo Minardo is a Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Arizona, bringing a strong foundation in therapeutic and sports massage to The Studio. He received his massage therapy education from the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts and further expanded his expertise by attending the Neuromuscular Therapy training held at The Studio in September 2023. During the training, Maceo demonstrated exceptional skill, precision in treatment, and a genuine commitment to client care: qualities that made him a natural fit for our team.

At The Studio, Maceo specializes in Neuromuscular Massage and Sports Massage. His Neuromuscular sessions are detailed and focused, incorporating Neuromuscular Therapy techniques to address pain and improve movement patterns. His sports massage approach is tailored to active adults and competitive athletes, including high school, club, and collegiate levels. These sessions combine dynamic table stretching, targeted muscle work, and Swedish techniques to support recovery and performance.

Maceo is known for his attentive, caring nature and his dedication to delivering effective, client-centered care. He is currently available for appointments Tuesday through Saturday.
