Stella Federice

Licensed Massage Therapist – #MT-51233 Pressure: Moderate to Firm

Biographical Info

Stella is originally from Buffalo, New York (Go Bills!). She earned her Bachelor of Science in Sport and Exercise Health Care from Canisius University, where she also minored in Strength and Conditioning.

Stella discovered her passion for massage therapy when her aunt was undergoing cancer treatment. During that difficult time, she saw firsthand how powerful and healing physical touch could be. That experience stayed with her and inspired her to pursue a career centered around helping others feel more comfortable, connected, and at ease in their bodies.

During her educational journey, Stella continued to see the importance of therapeutic touch and its impact on the body and nervous system. She is passionate about helping clients understand their bodies as a whole and creating a sense of calm within the nervous system, something that can have a meaningful impact on both physical and overall well-being.

Her approach to massage is rooted in Myofascial Release. Stella believes the body’s connective tissue functions as an interconnected system, meaning tension or restriction in one area can influence how the rest of the body feels and moves. Rather than focusing solely on the area of discomfort, she looks for patterns throughout the body that may be contributing to pain or limited movement. Her goal is to help clients feel more at home in their bodies while creating lasting improvements in movement, comfort, and overall well-being.
